I have been using these sleep masks for years. Tried many, still haven’t found anything better

A friend had a theracane at her house. I would use it every time I went over there. I finally treated myself and bought one. So thankful I did. It’s amazing to have on hand any time I need. Highly recommend.

The device is great delivery was very slow

The back rest is very light weight and compact, perfect for taking on a plane trip. I just got back from traveling cross country with it. Although it's small, and doesn't inflate to a very thick level, it seemed good when I put it behind my back. It inflates easily, and deflates easily. It comes with a small bag and it was easy to put back into the bag. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I'd like something a little thicker.

It does not feel comfortable. Therefore I'm not using it. Can I return it?

It feels fine. It's obviously too early to know about results.
