Very comfortable. It was easy to unpack and place on the bed frame. I have back problems due to age. The mattress is working out good, helping my back. Great customer service with your company, too!

The lumbar cushion is not comfortable and caused lumbararea pain when I usedit. I'd like to return the cushion.
This pillow makes my neck feel great but it really hurts my ears. I wake up with my ears throbbing because the pillow is so firm. I have tried using it in many different positions without relief.
I would appreciate any suggestions! I bought a regular and travel pillow and can’t return them.
I commute 50 miles to work each way. This cushion makes my 90 min commute much more comfortable while sitting on slow bumper to bumper traffic daily
I love this cushion! After a year of hip pain, months of physical therapy and chiropractic, sitting on this cushion for 2 days almost completely relieved my hip pain. I had just bought a cane 2 days earlier because of pain and now I don't need it.
This is my third TravelLite Seat Cushion. They last for years and with back and hip health issues, I have one in each car. They make a world of difference riding in a car!
The Cozzia Quantum 5D chair is phenomenal. The AI body mapping technology is genuinely impressive and made a real difference in my neck and back pain levels. We purchased our Human Touch Super Novo X in April 2026 with Kyle and Shalimar of RTB Salt Lake extremely helpful and thorough in demonstrating the floor model of this HT massage chair and helping us understand its functionality and MANY features. The sales experience, white glove delivery and set up, explanation of the remote, the iOS app and features and "ins and outs" of the Super Novo X chair were all incredible and the chair is EXCELLENT! This model is indeed top-of-the-line for Human Touch and it shows. One needs to really dive deeply into the user manual and online helps to understand all the functionality and features this massage chair has to offer but we are truly enjoying it and for those who want an all-around massage chair that delivers the gamut of relaxing massage and meditation release, as well as can offer deep tissue treatments when needed -- this chair truly can deliver all of that and more. We highly recommend it despite its price at the top of the best massage chair's line up. The five stars assigned here are in our opinion well deserved as are our hats off to the team at Relax the Back as well.
This little pillow is amazing. I have the full-size Tempur-Pedic side sleeper pillow, but when I pack it, it takes up half my suitcase. I worried that this wee pillow wouldn't be big enough for my tossy-turny head when I'm sleeping, but it's excellent...and frees up a ton of suitcase space while still letting me take care of my neck when I travel.
