Our Retail Sales Consultants drive revenue with a focus on client satisfaction. By providing exceptional service through relationship building, wellness education and product knowledge, Retail Sales Consultants consistently achieve store and individual goals. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you maintain customer contact through clienteling via digital communications and virtual sales appointments. This is a base plus commissioned sales opportunity that rewards you for your individual accomplishments, and your contributions to the team.

Our Store Directors are responsible for successfully leading and managing a Relax The Back location. The primary responsibilities include driving in-store and market sales, developing and inspiring the store staff, ensuring every client receives the best possible experience, creating lifetime clients, and managing efficient operations to ensure maximum profitability. If you believe in living a healthy lifestyle and can demonstrate a unique story that improves the lives of our clients, we want you on our team!

The Store Director will ensure that the staff maximizes every sales opportunity and provide sales and wellness leadership and coaching.  He or she is expected to operate the store according to company guidelines by maintaining high standards in product and merchandise presentation, store staffing, and store operations. This is a salaried plus bonus opportunity that recognizes your individual efforts and servant leadership.

Our delivery team is a critical part of driving revenue with a focus on client satisfaction. Often the last contact with our clients, Delivery Technicians must be client-centric and knowledgeable of wellness and exemplify what livewellness stands for. Our delivery team completes much of the same training as our Retail Sales Consultants, which enables them to deliver, assemble, and demonstration proper usage of our products and services.
