In today’s evolving workspaces, your office chair should do more than support you. It should help you feel and perform your best. The Anthros Office Chair is the result of decades of clinical insight and ergonomic innovation, featuring a patented dual-back system that provides independent support for the pelvis and upper back. This unique design actively promotes upright posture and helps alleviate discomfort commonly caused by poor alignment, including back pain, neck tension, shoulder strain, and hip pressure. Crafted by medical seating experts, Anthros uses anthropometric data and 3D human modeling to ensure optimal fit, comfort, and support for all body types.

What truly sets Anthros apart is its unmatched pressure-relief technology. The Cloudfloat seat cushion allows your sit bones to gently sink and float, reducing contact pressure and improving circulation. Beneath the surface, the exclusive Cloudtex layer works to reduce friction and shear, preventing resistance during movement and promoting seamless immersion into the cushion. These proprietary technologies were independently lab-tested and proven to deliver the lowest peak pressure of any chair tested, making Anthros not only the most supportive but also the most comfortable seat on the market. Experience what it feels like to sit on a cloud, only with Anthros.

Features & Benefits

Adjustable 2-Part Back System

The patented lower back pelvis support captures and stabilizes the pelvis, the foundation of high performance sitting.  By doing this, the natural curves of the spine are kept intact. When you support the pelvis, the lumbar region is naturally supported with it and the postural muscles can relax.

Lower Back Pelvis Support

Anthros has designed an adjustable 2-part back system that can support most individual body types. The low back pelvis support works with the upper back to promote an upright posture reducing the risks of poor posture- back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, hip pain and more.

Tilt

Tilt is a resting posture, where the sitting alignment is maintained while the whole system tilts rearward. Tilt reduces the pressure of gravity on the body while maintaining the neutral seated posture without inducing friction or sliding on the seated surface. The result is a resting position that doesn’t compromise posture or focus.
