This last Christmas, my wife had me close my eyes brought out my gift.My kids and her brought out the Inversion table, this same exact one and I was expecting a guitar as I play at church and then got this.I said thanks, she said I could take it back and get the guitar if I wanted to.She spent what I thought at the time was a lot of money on this table.Turns out it was the best thing ever for me.
Later that evening I got on the Back A Traction for the first time.After I got off I was amazed at how good my back felt.So much that I tried it again before I went to bed that evening.
When I awoke that very next morning and started to get out of bed what would normally be painful wasn't for the first time in years.I was totally FLOORED by the lack of pain in my lower back.
I went immediately out and got on it that morning, once again at noon and again that evening, stretching for 5 min. at a time, sometimes a bit more.
Today is Jan. 31st, 2011.I've been pain free since Dec. 26th due to this machine.Again I have zero connections to this company but just know what it did for me.Needless to say I didn't take it back for the guitar.Worth every dollar you'll spend.I've since recommended it to many of my friends with back pain.
