COVERINGS LIMITED WARRANTY
All LIFEFORM® Upholstery Cushions are protected by a two (2) year warranty.
FOAM LIMITED WARRANTY
LIFEFORM® foam products are of the industry’s highest quality. LIFE-Foam™ Memory Foam material (including visco-elastic and high density) will see a gradual decrease in viscosity (bounce back) over many years of use. This is a natural occurrence and is not covered by our warranty. LIFEFORM® warrants to the original purchaser that LIFE-Foam™ Memory Foam used in LIFEFORM® cushions will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost, if deemed defective due to the structural integrity or faulty workmanship within two (2) years from the date of purchase.
LIMITED WARRANTY CONDITIONS & EXCLUSIONS
This limited warranty applies to LIFEFORM® products being used in Canada and the United States only.
Limited Warranty applies to the original owner and is not transferable.
The limited warranty covers parts only. Labour and freight are omitted.
In the event of a repair situation, customers are responsible for transportation costs to and from the dealer or LIFEFORM®.
LIFEFORM® is not responsible for damage caused by transport, modification, tampering or for the damage or degradation of product that may occur due to extreme hot, cold or humid temperatures after it has left LIFEFORM®.
The customer’s original bill of sale must be provided at the time of claim.
Limited Warranty begins from the date of purchase.
LIFEFORM® DOES NOT WARRANT
Normal wear and tear.
Although LIFEFORM® ensures the highest quality of workmanship in all of its products, LIFEFORM® does not cover normal wear, fading, or damage that has occurred during the life of the upholstery.

Extremely comfortable

I bought this product two weeks ago. Thicker than most but well worth it in comfort.Its brought new life to my chair. Also note that I weigh 200 lbs, it just what i was looking for.

wedge seat cushion

I bought this for my wife because she was having really bad sciatic pain and couldn't sit very long in one position. This cushion was a life saver. It took pressure off of her back both in the house and in the car. We will be taking it to Europewith usthis summer. Excellent product. We recommend it for all who have any type of back discomfort.

Very comfortable

I have been using this seat cushion for about six weeks. It is comfortable and provides very good back and hip support. Prior to using this product, the hard, poorly padded seats in my vehicle resulted in numbness on long drives. This cushion solves the problem. he cushion is very thick, much more so than the photo suggests. You will need to be able to lower your car seat when using this cushion because you will sit considerably higher than without it (perhaps 4-5 inches). In cold weather, the cushion is very hard for about 15-20 minutes, but softens as it warms up. The cushion is expensive, but seems well made and functions as advertised. Tan color is nice. Read Less
