Such a great experience at my local store! My husband and I bought our Tempur-Pedic pillows a while ago and went back in recently for a new Tempur-Pedic mattress. the sales person helped us and was awesome. He had some great insights about the different mattresses, showed us all the bells and whistles, and made the purchasing process so easy.

I was able to talk to the owner/manager of the store at length about what I needed in a chair and what I was looking for. He showed me several chairs and I found one that I liked. It was a Lifeform chair. He then let me know that Lifeform can do extensive customizations, so I had him customize the chair for me and order it. I now have the chair and it is working out well.

I had a great experience visiting the store. The salesperson wasn't a sales person at all. In fact, helped me like he was my friend. I loved the no pressure sales approach. He was very knowledgeable and let me try out the various recliners. My buying experience would not have been the same without going to the store. 100% would recommend visiting a Relax The Back store.

The gentlemen that helped me with many info about chairs and wellness of the back, the selections and options for various chairs, and final changes to the height of my chair. I am sitting on the chair i purchased from Relax The Back. I teach classes and prep my lessons so this chair is used many hours per day. After working remotely for almost 4 years, I took it upon myself to go shopping for a chair that would provide lumbar support but also allow me to sit freely.
