Difficult to Review

This was ordered for an older adult. It looked like it should be helpful with keeping the back supported at the computer and with flexing the feet and legs which might help with swelling in the legs. Unfortunately, it is not delivered already assembled. As such it is not yet in use. These should be boxed intact. My 98 year old Mother in law will now have to await our visit to assemble. I expect top quality based on my prior experience with your company.

Rock-N-Stop Footrest

It has served a purpose for this short person who spends a lot of time at the computer and has a bad back. But I am about to donate it and purchase one that will not mar the baseboards as this one has done. I can't keep it from sliding and am tired of crawling under the desk to scrub the marks it leaves. I've put protective tape on the edge of the footrest in an attempt to correct this pb. I have also put different materials under it to keep it from sliding forward -- but neither has solved the problem. There are other, less expensive footrests on the market and I'm hoping the one I've just ordered (at half the price) will be more satisfactory.
