Great Chair

I purchased this chair with headrest in 2007 to relieve the stress / pain on my back and neck related to an earlier auto accident.The local Relax the Back store delivered it and set up the adjustments to best support my upper back and neck.This chair has continued to this day to support my back and relieve most of the pain I was experiencing.

The lift mechanism began to leak (chair would lower) and when I phoned in and spoke with Crystal she was very helpful and sent out a replacement lift at no charge.

There is no better chair...

I purchased this chair with a few upgrades about five years ago.I sit at a desk for a minimum of 10 hours a day and this chair has consistently provided the correct support and comfort to get me through the long days.When my gas lift gave out earlier this week, I called RTB and was informed that the lift had a lifetime warranty - they're shipping ...Leer más

Arms drive me crazy

I've had this chair for over 2 years now. Overall it is a great chair with good support. My only gripe is a wish there was a way to tighten the hinges on the adjustable arms. They swirl around way too easily. This has always infuriated me, but recently I hurt my back and need to rely on them more to get into and out of the chair. Their constant mo...Leer más

Great chair, even better service!

I cannot say enough good things about how I was treated at the Northbrook Relax the Back. Becky did not stop at showing me options and paying attention to my needs, she did not stop when the sale was completed. She saw to my concerns through the whole process with the patients of a saint and professionalism with a human touch.

g 5 stars as I love the chair and service. I only knocked a star off as the manufacturer made a change to the design that did not meet my expectations. Fortunately, Becky was able to work with the manufacturer to remedy the situation.

I am very happy with my purchase and would return to Relax the Back in Northbrook to find solutions for ergonomic furnishing. The knowledge of the staff and quality of products is unmatched in my search!

Great chair/Lousy instructions on how to operate

You would think that a $2000+ chair would come with some instructions on how to operate the levers????
Also did not come with an Allen wrench which is required for assembly...
I have tried to call and left a message with no response.
Very poor customer service....but I do like the chair.
