We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

• FedEx

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

• $0.01 - $25.00 = $4.95
• $25.01 - $50.00 = $7.95
• $50.01 - $100.00 = $11.95
• $100.01 - $200.00 = $16.95
• $200.01 - $300.00 = $24.99

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be before the order is placed.

If an item goes on back order we will notify you via email or phone to discuss order changes or cancellations.

For some of our larger products we offer a White Glove Delivery service. This service includes delivery build and setup in your home or office. The White Glove Delivery service will contact you to schedule a delivery date. This additional cost is $399.00 and is found as a selectable option on most of our larger items. Please note, all non-White Glove Deliveries are drop shipped to your curbside.
