The back rest is very light weight and compact, perfect for taking on a plane trip. I just got back from traveling cross country with it. Although it's small, and doesn't inflate to a very thick level, it seemed good when I put it behind my back. It inflates easily, and deflates easily. It comes with a small bag and it was easy to put back into the bag. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I'd like something a little thicker.
This is my favorite pillow. I just bought a second one to keep in my summer home because I didn’t want to sleep with any other pillow. I am a side sleeper and it’s the right height for me.
This is an excellent under-desk device for strengthening the ankles. Good strong base; does not slide away as you roll your feet. Very comfortable to use.
It works for short naps but I need to move around overnight to use at night

This is my third one of these knee pillows. I had one and gave it to a friend visiting from overseas who loved it. I immediately bought another one Nd I just got a third after I bought a camper. These pillows are absolutely amazing. I couldn’t sleep with out it.It’s perfect in size shape and firmness.
I do not experience any sisastic problem any more

Sadly, after a few nights with it, I woke up more in pain. I guess I’m relegated to sleeping in my recliner forever. I’ll return it to the nearest store next week. It’s very well made, it just wasn’t for me.
