Left my previous one in a hotel. This one is just as great. I got the medium, but may get a large for a vacation home.
Has a nice feel to it. It fits the bed well and is crinkle free. I’m happy I purchased this.
We use these on our couch to lend support to squishy cushions. Really helps.
Great chair but shipped in the wrong configuration. RTB made it right though.
Despite the fact that I paid for "white Glove Service", and the chair was delivered on 6/2 to the delivery company, I still do NOT have my chair.
Make sure that you order at least two weeks ahead as shipping took way too long. I even contacted customer service and inquired when it would be shipped as I wanted it for a long international flight. Needless to say it was delivered days after I left. I have not used it yet.
The back rest will work as intended. I had one that I purchased over 20 years ago that lasted until early this spring
We bought this pillow (ContourSide Pillow) for my husband a few years ago and he's loved it. Still uses it at home. However, we bought a new one on December 30 for our vacation home and after using it for 60 days (too late to return it), my husband began to doubt that the pillow was going to "soften" with use. Foolishly - and only because he loved the original pillow - we bought another one (this time a 4" pillow) hoping that one would resemble his original pillow. Now 90 days later - again too late to return - he's given up. This pillow is like sleeping on a rock. Customer Service said they occasionally change their manufacturing so that would explain the difference. If you like an "extra firm" pillow, you might like this but it's waaaay too firm for us.
I like the shape and firmness. It works well with my Clics readers. This is the 2nd one I have bought. I just wish they made a companion pillow case for it.
This product just didn’t work for me. I think a lot of the items sold are not really made for petite people. When I ordered this I was experiencing terrible neck pain. A therapist was doing a lot of what this item said it would do. I was excited to see if it would help. It took quite some time and by the time it arrived, I was no longer experiencing neck pain. I decided to try it anyway. It ended up causing terrible pain right away. I decided this just wasn’t going to work for me and was disappointed to find that there are no returns on this item. This has happened to me quite a few times with Relax the Back products. I may be done buying from them as the item never works for me and many of their items cannot be returned. I did reach out by email to Relax the Back, but never received a response. Lesson finally learned.
I was in a terrible hit and run. Couldn't move for months...a friend suggested this pillow. Love it. I have a plane flight..this will make it easier. Hard for me to roll up..my arm was crushed. Everyone should have one!
I had an older wedge from Relax the Back that I bought 10 years ago to use in my car with bucket seats. Recently noticed that it was completely flattened, so I ordered a new one. It does make me sit higher in my car. I like it. It prevents back pain from bucket seats.
