Bonded leather

The head rests have failed in less than a year due to the “Leather” peeling away. I opened a case with Human touch, and they shipped out new headrests, but how long will those last? It’s just infuriating that despite sending pictures of the peeling headrests, they refuse to admit there is any bonded leather in the chair.

Uncomfortable, causes pain, center seam issue, no app

This chair is terrible. Uncomfortable, awkward and overrated. The app does not work at all, in spite trying a total of 8 different Android devices. The air massage is so rough, just using it caused me to go to the VA Hospital. The air massage caused a loud pop in my upper spine (not a good back shift either). Never had that experience before. only 5'8", and can't touch the ground when on the chair. The middle seam is very uncomfortable, as it protrudes into your spine all the way down your back. The heat is a joke (you can only access high heat setting through the app - which doesn't work and is not updated regularly). The app was not undated in nearly two years. The remote is missing all useful features, which must be accessed through app. The zero gravity feature is nice, but you must hold the button to return to upright. No memory buttons on remote either. This chair sent me to the ER. Thankful my local Relax the Back store has a soul and owner allowed a return after one day of torture and ownership. Spend your money elsewhere.
