Relax The Back® has proudly served the Salt Lake City community since 1995, and I’m honored to continue that legacy as owner. I’m Matt Dyson, and my journey with Relax The Back began as a teenager delivering products in our Las Vegas location. Seeing firsthand how these solutions changed lives sparked a passion that led me through every role in the business before taking ownership in 2023.

As a specialty retailer, we offer wellness products and services you won’t find anywhere else—paired with a highly tenured, non-commissioned team dedicated to each customer’s unique needs. Our manager, Shalimar Serrano, has been with us for more than 15 years, and every member of our staff brings extensive ergonomic training, including a Certified Office Ergonomic Evaluator. We’re proud to be a family-run, veteran-employed store, supported by delivery personnel who have been with us for over five years and provide exceptional care.
