This is the first set

Wedge Pillow System a Lifesaver!

I just had major shoulder surgery and was advise by my amazing Seattle surgeon, Dr. Jurek, that sleeping on a wedge would be essential during the long recovery. tting up or reclining - I suggest you pull it down so it's a little lower while sleeping. Even though the pain wakes me at night, I am grateful for these pillows-worth the price. The knee pillow just might be used for life! It allows you to sleep on your back (which you must do after this procedure). Try using a soft bed pillow for your low back to provide lumbar comfort. Great Product for Problem Sleepers

My wife has vertigo and migraine headaches and this wedge system is perfect for elevating her enough to get a GREAT nights sleep. She loves the system so much we purchased 2x more! One for when she visits and helps her mother and another as a backup.
