ContourSleep Posture Cushion

It is currently summer, so that may make a difference in the way the memory foam pillow feels. In my experience memory foam gets so much stiffer in cold weather when body heat isn’t enough to offset a cold sleeping room. This leg/knee pillow is soft and compliant enough to cushion where I need it. Ideally, I would like it to be about 3 inches or so wider than it is - Which is the only “con” I have encountered to date.

I did not buy the separate cotton pillowcase for it yet. The cover on it is not irritating to my skin which is sensitive. When it is in place, I haven’t had any trouble adjusting it due to it interacting with the sheets (I use flannel year round).

The stiffness of the pillow comments I read in earlier reviews in Jan/Feb time frames. The hard to move in sheets to adjust also in an earlier comment. Some fabrics do tend to act like non-skid surfaces when put together, so the particular type of sheets could matter. I may pass on the cotton case due to that factor.

This has provided the comfort level I need with two bad knees due to injury and arthritis, plus a 5 disk back fusion. It also appears so far to be a well made, quality item. Also- no off gassing smell.🙂

I like to give some positive remarks when listing some negative ones. The cover is very nice quality, shape is good and it will probably last a last a long time.
The cover, being soft and textured, make it harder to move under the covers. The pillow itself is quite hard. I expected it to be softer.. it does not soften during use. I was surprised because the bed pillow I use is memory foam and gives a little during use. If any changes were to be made I would hope it’s to make the pillow softer.
