This mattress is the ultimate, personalized sleep experience and it can be personalized for two. It is a pampering, therapeutic sleep surface that gently contours to your every curve.

The Tranquility Mattress by Relax The Back® has a fully zippered pillow-top so that each side of our exclusive mattress can be easily customized to suit the preferences of both you and your partner. The 6” foam base is topped with your choice of 3 interchangeable mattress inserts: memory foam, latex, or Embrace™ foam.

The mattress cover is made with recycled organic wood fibers for eco-friendly, all-natural comfort and anti-microbial protection. Both the Tranquility Mattress and its high or low profile foundations have matching Champagne ticking.
