Several years ago, after experiencing debiliating vertigo (dizziness) for many months, along with pain and tenderness at base of my skull around my brain stem, I began to suspect that my neck muscles were weak. I bought this Tempur-Pedic Swedish Neck Pillow and the next morning was the first in about 6 months that I experienced no dizziness.
