With the FitBall Seating Disc, you can strengthen core muscles, exercise legs, and improve your balance and coordination without leaving your office chair. This 15” diameter inflatable disc has a dome-shape top that mimics the resistant conditions of a regular FitBall, allowing its use as both an active seating cushion or a standard balance disc.
