I do not usually endorse anything, even if I like the product...this product is actually amazing though and worth writing about. I have MAJOR back problems and have been looking at surgery for the past 20 years...the doctors (approximately 8 over the years) have tried talking me into it, but I have refused because I just do not think technology has come far enough to risk it. I have tried various other remedies, you name it and I have tried it...none of them really have worked all that well or for any length of time. This roller thing, however, has been a huge blessing. IT WORKS! FOR REAL! I just put it under my hips and roll it forward away from my knees and it begins to give me TOTAL relief, back and forth you just gotta relax into it and go SLOWLY. It actually helps you stand up easier and feel the strength in your back increase. When you get up off the floor...you'll see what I mean. Just go try one at the store, make the clerk help you if you do not understand my directions. I thank God for this easy fix because it works EVERY time...I hope this will help many people as much as it has helped me. I paid like $30 for it, and thought that was way too expensive for a glorified "swimming pool noodle" but duuuuuuude I would pay double, seriously, that is how good this stupid thing is. I carry it travelling with me...IT IS THAT UNBELIEVABLY GOOD! (the one I bought was the 6"x36" roller-the real thick one)

The foam roller was introduced to me in physical therapy. The therapist was so nice, she just gave me one. It is like using a pilates ball on your back, you just roll on it with your knees bent. Your back will go "pop, pop, pop" and everything is aligned & the sublexations that once caused you pinching of nerves, is gone. You cannot use this too much! I didn't know that I was actually strengthening my core also, I just noticed one day, or a guy did on the beach, he said "nice 6pack", ha ha, I didn't know what he meant, but later figured it out. Your back is the core of all of your strength & without a strong midsection, your spine will hurt more & become crooked. I still see a chiropractor to make sure that everything is staying in line & the roller just keeps it there. This is a simple but worthy product that I cant live without, I am about to order another one, I wore out the old one after 12 years. You can also cut them in half with a knife, and "wella", you have 2 smaller ones. I carry one in the back of my truck with a yoga mat that I use on breaks from work. I carry it in my bag when I travel. It is awesome!!! Get one today & see a big difference in how you feel. All your knots in the back will go away, it is like a rolling pin. Use a yoga mat under you so you dont slip & loose your footing.
