Great Chair for the Price. I bought the back rest to go with it. I am tall (6ft) and this may have not been my best option, due to the tilt of the chair I tend to slide down and my knees get really hot. I think it could use some arm rest as well. My boss who is shorter tried it and loved it. It will make you sit up better. Buffalo

I bought this chair to use while at my computer, and I have only had it one hour and I can already see the benefits. I sat here at the computer one hour, went to get up and walked away standing tall with no pain or stiffness. I have been experiencing pain, poor posture and stiffness after getting up from any sitting position, even if only for 5 minutes; let alone for an hour. I am so glad I bought it!
